| | | Virginia Maker, age 66, of Sibley, Iowa, passed away on Sunday, December 23, 2007, at the Osceola Community Hospital in Sibley.
Memorial Services will Friday, December 28, 2007, at 11:00 A.M. at the Andringa Funeral Home in Sibley.
Virginia Maker was born on January 27, 1941, in Westchester, Pennsylvania. She is the daughter of Vernon and Anna Mildred (Stroud) Phenneger. She lived her youth in Westchester, where she attended school and graduated from Westchester High School.
She married Bion Maker of Keyport, New Jersey, on June 19, 1959, in Keyport. They lived in New Jersey, California, New Mexico, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Nevada, New York, and in 1992, they moved to Sibley, Iowa.
Virginia worked at Exopack in Sibley, for the past five years.
She loved to read, play computer games and spend time with her children and grandchildren.
She passed away on Sunday, December 23, 2007, at her home in Sibley.
Those left to cherish her memories are her children: Bion Maker III of Sibley, IA, Julie Maker of Sibley, IA, Jennifer and William Boye of Sibley, IA, Melanie Maker and Duane Schram of Sibley, IA, Christopher and Nicole Maker of Sibley, IA; nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; her father: Vernon Phenneger of Mesa, AZ; one brother: Ed Coward of Northfield, NJ; one sister: Patricia Lawrence of Delta Junction, AK.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Bion Maker Jr.; daughter: Stephanie Maker; great-grandson: Jesse James Maker.
