Arrene A. Sears, of Ivydale, a beloved mother and grandma went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, November 3, 2009.
Born on January 17, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Columbus and Mary (Reed) Woods. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Noah Sears son, David Sears, brother, Elmer Woods and sister, Alice Coleman.
She leaves behind her loving son, Steve Sears of Newton, his daughter Billie and husband Jeff Burris, their children, Matt, Josh and Tes; his daughter Amy and husband Tim Davis, and their children Sean, Sara, Zach and Zoe; deceased son David’s son, Greg and wife Selena Sears, and their children Niki and Danika.
Graveside service will be held 1:00 pm Friday, November 6, 2009, at Hardman Cemetery, Nebo, with Minister Dewey Tanner officiating .
Friends may call from 6 to 8 pm Thursday at Wilson-Shamblin-Smith Funeral Home, Clay.
