| | | Ryan Anthony Welter, age 25, of Morrilton, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, October 4, 2009. He was born August 16, 1984, the son of Royce Welter.
Survivors are his father, Royce Welter and his wife Janet of Morrilton; his brother, Dylan Doughty of Houston; step-brother, Byron Doughty of Houston; step-sisters, Joyce (Doughty) Clark of Jacksonville and Eden Doughty of Conway; grandmother, Sarah (Cragar) Fowler of Adona and grandfather, Dana G. Cragar of Plumerville; step-grandparents, Darrall and Janice Doughty of Houston.
Ryan was a member of Antioch Baptist Church in Houston and attended Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He attended school at Sacred Heart and Perryville High School.
Preceeding Ryan in death are his beloved mother, Sarah Francis Riley; grandparents, Cyril and Lorene Welter of Morrilton and Mignon A. Francis of Bigelow.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 14, 2009, at the Harris Chapel with Pastor Jeff Corrigan officiating. Burial will be at Sacred Heart Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton.
