| | | James Eric Blake, age, 27, of Perryville, passed away Thursday, October 22, 2009. He was born November 16, 1981 in Visalia, California. James was a Carpet and Tile Installer.
He is survived one son, Shaun Bryant James Blake; and one daughter, Hailey Jeanne Blake both of Perryville; his father, James G. Blake of Perryville; grandparents, James and Barbara Godwin of Exeter, California; and James Wesley and Juanita Blake of Farmersville, California.
Memorial services will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton.
