| | | Ellis Paul Gwin, age 81, of Bigelow, Arkansas, passed away Monday, October 26, 2009. He was born September 9, 1928, in Bigelow, Arkansas, a son of John Jacob Gwin and Lillie Mae Kennedy Stane. He was a retired Line Worker for Amtran in Conway.
Survivors include his wife Iona Howerton Gwin of Bigelow; three sons, Larry Paul Gwin of Golconda, Illinois, Ricky Dale Gwin of Conway, and Randall Lynn Gwin of Galveston, Texas; two daughters, Patsy Jean Cullum and Brenda Kay White both of Bigelow; two sisters, Hazel Stane of Bigelow and Claudia Ford of Houston; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 29, 2009, at the Harris Chapel with Sister Euna Gibby officiating. Burial will be at Volman Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 28, at the funeral home.
