| Gaudes, Mildred M. Age 99 of Waterford passed away December 10, 2009 at Aurora Memorial Hospital of Burlington. Born in Dodge City, Kansas the daughter of the late Aaron and Mary (nee. Knofler) Wright. She attended a one-room school in Kansas and after graduating High School she attended and graduated from Business College in Dodge City, Kansas. On August 27th, 1929 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin she married Peter C. Gaudes whom has preceded her in death. Mildred was a Tester with Globe Union/Johnson Controls for over 30 years where she had retired. She loved to travel, especially to Europe, one of her favorite spots: Rome, Italy. Mildred spent much of her time with a good book, reading to her hearts content.
Survived by one son: Frank (Vivian) Gaudes, Grandchildren: Jean (Bernie) Delimat, David (Holly) Gaudes, Daniel(Lisa) Gaudes and Jennifer (Dean Raemisch) Gaudes. Eight Grandchildren and one Great-Great Grandson, Special Friends Leslie (Jeff) Bell and sons, along with other relatives and friends. Funeral Services Monday December 14, 6:00 PM in the funeral home, Visitation 4-6 PM. With Deacon Carl Mahnke officiating. Private Family Burial at Holy Cross Cemetery in Milwaukee.
