| | | Charles A. Anderson, 49, of Reed Street died at 8:40 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 17, 2008, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
Mr. Anderson was a former employee of Arvin Industries and a member of Second Baptist Church.
The fu neral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with the Rev. Tommy Hogue officiating. Calling will be from noon until service time Thursday. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.

Born in Owenton, Ky., Aug. 22, 1958, Mr. Anderson was the son of Arthur C. and Mable M. Tolliver Anderson. He married Niquetta I. Wilson on Feb. 8, 2007.
Survivors include his wife; children, Charles E. (Tosha) Anderson, Raymond L. Anderson and Ryan K. Anderson, all of Columbus, Kokiece I. Anderson of New Albany and Candice Anderson of Kansas City, Mo.; stepchildren, Anthony Brooks and Eugene and Nick Wilson, all of Kansas City, Mo.; brothers, Timothy K. Anderson and Mark A. Anderson, both of Columbus; sisters, Sheri L. (Reginald) Anderson of Atlanta and Sarah (Roderick) Jewell of New Albany; his stepfather, Lee R. Young of Columbus; grandchildren, Milayha, Alexis, Malachi and Zander Anderson; and two stepgrandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a stepdaughter, Erica Wilson.
