| | | Phyllis Kelly, 69, of Greensburg died at 1:50 a.m. Monday, June 8, 2009, at Columbus Regional Hospital.
Ms. Kelly retired March 31, 2005, from Delta Faucet where she had worked 37 years. An Army veteran, she enjoyed traveling and fishing.
She lived the last few months of her life with her nephew and his wife, Keith and Jeralyn Scheible of Greensburg.
The funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with the Rev. Jim Pursley officiating. Calling will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday and from 9 a.m. until service time Thursday. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery. Military graveside rites will be conducted by Bartholomew County Veterans Color Guard.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.

Born in Columbus Nov. 20, 1939, Ms. Kelly was the daughter of Arlie and Georgia L. Dinkins Kelly.
She is survived by sisters, Marilyn (Donald) Scheible of Hope, Patricia White of Butlerville and Lynda Newport of Elizabethtown; a brother, William D. (Wanda) Kelly of Texas; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Arlie R. Kelly; her twin brother, Phil Kelly; and sisters, Marjory Snyder, Gene Pruett and Mary Ann Hatton.
