| | | Dorothy M. Anglin, 77, of Chapel Drive died at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, 2005, at Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility at Columbus.
She was a homemaker and a member of Parkside Baptist Church and Columbus Chapter Order of Eastern Star. She enjoyed embroidering and collecting stamps, coins and dolls.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street, with Dr. W.E. Bailey, the Revs. Odis Weaver and D.G. Morris and Bro. Richard Vogsberger officiating. Calling will be from 3 to 8 p.m. today and noon to service time Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Clifford Anglin Mission Fund through the Indiana Baptist Foundation.
Born in Smith Grove, Ky., on May 12, 1928, Mrs. Anglin was the daughter of Joe and Birdie Caplinger Grounds. She married the Rev. Clifford S. Anglin on April 24, 1954, in Indianapolis.
Survivors include her husband; daughters, Diana (Fred) Murphy and Loretta (Mark) Fish, both of Columbus; grandchildren, Jennifer (Rob) Masoni of Franklin, Bryan Fish, Stephanie, Bethanie and Caitlin Murphy, all of Columbus; a great–granddaughter, Laura Masoni; and a nephew Dennis (Ty) Lockhart of Seymour.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, James Robert and Garlan Edwin Grounds; and a sister, Alice Lockhart.
