Francis A. Schepers, age 66, Jasper, Indiana, died at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, in Memorial Hospital & Health Care Center in Jasper.
He was born on June 21, 1943 in Jasper to Frank and Mayme (Schnell) Schepers. Married Carolyn J. Young April 28, 1962.

He raised a grandson, Jeremy Schepers
20 Grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren
Also several nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death are; 1 son, David Wayne Schepers.

Connie Arensman, Martina Heeke and Bernice Montgomery
6 brothers, Linus , Arthur, Charles, Robert, Alvin (Butch), Fred and Larry Schepers.
Francis Schepers retired from the City of Hunting burg utility Department. He is also a veteran of the Indiana National Guard.
He is a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Jasper and the Eagles Lodge of Huntingburg.
Funeral services for Francis Schepers will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday (June 28, 2009) at the Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel with entombment to follow in Fairview Cemetery Mausoleum in Jasper.
Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Saturday (June 27, 2009) at the Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper.
