Carolyn S. Reckelhoff, age 52, died at her home in Saint Antony, on Thursday morning (October 15, 2009).
She was born at Ferdinand, Indiana on August 12, 1957 to Herbert and Rosemary (Schipp) Buechler.
Married to Edward L. Reckelhoff on November 29, 1980 in St. Ferdinand Catholic Church.

Carolyn was a registerd nurse , she graduated from Indiana State University. She had worked as the school nurse for both the Ireland Elementary and Precious Blood School ‘s in Jasper for many years.
She was a member of the Ferdinand High School Class of 1975 and the Indiana State Alumni Association.
She was a member of St. Celestine Catholic Church where she was a catechist.
Funeral services for Carolyn Reckelhoff will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday (October 19, 2009) in St. Celestine Catholic Church with burial to follow at a later date.
Friends may call from 8:00 a.m. until the 10:00 a.m. Monday (October 19, 2009) at St. Celestine Catholic Church.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Carolyn Reckelhoff Scholarship Foundation or to a favorite charity.
