Glenndyl A. Fromme, age 61, Jasper, Indiana died at 1:30 a.m. Saturday (January 9, 2010) in St. Mary’s Medical Center in Evansville, Indiana.
He was born at Huntingburg, Indiana to Othmar and Loretta (Wigger) Fromme. He was married to Clara Rasche on June 8, 1974 in St. Celestine Catholic Church.

Glenndyl Fromme is a Viet- Nam U.S. Army Veteran , he was the recipient of the Bronze Star.
He retired from Kimball International after 29 years where he worked as a design engineer.
He is a member of St. Celestine Catholic Church –VF.W. Post #673 in Jasper.
He served as past state president of 4-H shooting sports- He also served on the St. Celestine Parish counsel.
He enjoyed traveling and woodworking and fishing.
Funeral services for Glenndyl Fromme will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday (January 13, 2010) in St . Celestine Catholic Church with burial to follow in St. Celestine Cemetery. V.F.W. Post # 673 will conduct military grave side rites.
Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Tuesday (January 12-2010) at the Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Dubois County Museum and John Paul the Great Catholic High School.
