Evelyn Pfau, age 93 of Jasper, passed away at 1:00 p.m. Sunday (June 3, 2012) at home.
She was born September 18th, 1918 to Eldon and Minnie (Hayes) Barnhart. She married Maurice Pfau on September 24th, 1937 in Jasper. He preceded her in death on April 8th, 1976.
Evelyn was a homemaker and enjoyed crossword puzzles, sewing and crocheting, and cooking.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Jasper.

Mrs. Morris (Jean) Fox, Lombard, IL
One brother,
William E. Barnhart and Spouse Wilma, Tell City, IN
Nieces and Nephews
Preceding her in death besides her husband is one sister, Merle Smith, and two brothers, Orville and Dale Barnhart.
Funeral services for Evelyn Pfau will be held at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) on Wednesday (June 6, 2012) at the First Presbyterian Church of Jasper, with burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery. The Rev. Larry Langer will officiate.
