Cyrilla M. Fromme, age 92, of Jasper, passed away at 10:35 a.m., Thursday (January 3, 2013) at Brookside Village in Jasper.
Cyrilla was born in Schnellville, IN on April 15, 1920 to Joseph Jr. and Henrietta (Hettich) Schuch. She married Vincent J. Fromme on October 10, 1939. He preceded her in death on April 12, 1995.
She worked for many years at Dubois County Abstract and Title Company, and later as a Deputy Recorder of Dubois County.
She was a member of Precious Blood Catholic Church in Jasper, The Ladies Sodality, the VFW Post #673 Ladies Auxiliary, the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary, the A.A.R.P., ROJAC (Redevelop Old Jasper Action Committee) and was a volunteer for many years at the Dubois County Museum.
She was a graduate of Jasper High School. In her youth she was a member of the local American Legion Junior Marching Drum Corps.
She enjoyed quilting, crocheting, cards and baking, and loved the outdoors.

Preceding Cyrilla in death beside her husband is one son, Larry J. Fromme Sr., one Great-Granddaughter, Shannon Terwiske, and one Great-Great Grandson, Kai Neukam.
Funeral services for Cyrilla M. Fromme will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday (January 7, 2013) at Precious Blood Catholic Church, Jasper IN, with burial to follow at Fairview Cemetery in Jasper, IN.
Friends may call from 2:00-6:00 p.m. on Sunday (January 6, 2013) at the Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper, and one hour before services at Precious Blood Catholic Church on Monday. The Ladies Sodality will pray a Rosary at 1:45.
