William A Crockett age 67 of Jasper passed away at 3:56 P.M. Tuesday June 12, 2007 at St. Vincent’s Hospital at Indianapolis. He was born January 15, 1940 at Tell City IN.
He worked for Johnson Controls-retired.
He was a Navy Veteran from 1958-1963
His hobbies were Gardening, Flowers and fishing with his grandchildren-Max and Sophie Birge.
Surviving: 1 daughter-Mrs. Greg (Christine) Birge of Jasper.
2 grandchildren-Max and Sophie Birge of Jasper
Preceded in death by his mother-Lillian (Stowe) Crockett.
Visitation will be held from 2:00-8:00 P.M. Friday at the Becher & Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday June 16, 2007 at Holy Family Catholic church in Jasper with burial to follow at Greenwood Cemetery at Tell City IN.
