Saugus, formerly of East Boston, October 19. Loving husband of Josephine Wilkins Albanese of Saugus & the late Lucy (Guazzerotti) Albanese. Beloved father of John Albanese, Jr. & his wife Annemarie of FL, Michael Albanese & his wife Sheryl of Windham, NH, Janet Sweeney & her husband Jerry of Braintree. Stepfather of William Wilkins of NH, Patricia Nangle & her husband James of FL, Robert Wilkins of Newburyport. Cherished grandfather of 10 grandchildren & 11 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Ann Crowley of Dedham, the late Alfred, Raymond, Michael & Richard Albanese. A funeral service will be held in the Bisbee-Porcella Funeral Home, 549 Lincoln Ave., SAUGUS on Saturday at 10 a.m. Relatives & friends invited. Visiting hours Friday 4-8 p.m. Interment Riverside Cemetery, Saugus. WWII U.S. Army veteran. In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to the Saugus Food Pantry, 50 Essex St., Saugus, MA 01906.
