| | | Roger Jarchow, age 70, passed away on Friday, August 28, 2009 with his family by his side. He was born June 14, 1939 to the late John and Eden (Nienke) Jarchow. On September 23, 1961 he was united in marriage to Edna Schinke.
Roger was a member of the Teamster’s Union and drove truck for over 38 years until his retirement with USF Holland.
He enjoyed motorcycling.
He is survived by his wife Edna, and their children: John (Esmeralda) Jarchow, California, Keith Jarchow, Black Creek, James Jarchow, Appleton, Julie (Stacy) Nitzske, Mountain; 9 grandchildren: Jessica, Michael, Christina, Cassie, Kyle, Katelyn, Kayla, Jordyn, and Riley; and a great grandchild Emaley. Also survived by 3 brothers: Melvin Jarchow, Craig and Paul Ludke.
Roger was preceded in death by Jeff and Lucille Ludke.
Friends may call at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour, on Monday, August 31, 2009 from 12:30 PM until the memorial service at 2:30 PM with Pastor Moira Finley officiating.
