1975 – 2009 Jesse Lee McKay, 33, St. Joseph, Missouri passed from this life at his home on September 29, 2009. He was born October 19, 1975 in St. Joseph to the son of Jimmie McKay, Sr. and Shirley (Hurt) McKay. Jesse was a 1994 graduate of Lafayette High School. He was a delivery driver for Lowe’s Home Improvement. Jesse loved camaro’s, car shows and enjoyed time with his family and friends. Jesse was preceded in death by his father, Jimmie McKay, Sr. and his grandparents. Survivors: his mother and stepfather, Shirley and Jack Underwood, St. Joseph; brother and sister-in-law, Jimmie, Jr. and Jere McKay, St. Joseph; sisters and brothers-in law, Shelly and Kevin, Sr. Blizzard, St. Joseph, and Carol and Richard, Jr. Nance, Wathena, KS; his fiancé Crystal Williams, St. Joseph; 3 nieces, 5 nephews and a host of friends. Celebration of Life: 10 AM Friday, October 2, 2009 at Gladden – Stamey Funeral Home, St. Joseph, Interment in Mount Auburn Cemetery. Public viewing and family receiving hours 6-8 PM Thursday. Memorial donations to a choice of the donor. | ||
