Margaret, age 79, of Appleton, passed away Wednesday, June 3, 2009, at Theda Clark Medical Center. She was born August 28, 1929, in Appleton, daughter of the late Emil and Myrtle (Reetz) Tischhauser.
Following graduation from Appleton High School, Margaret was employed by AAL and Prange’s. She then owned and operated Sea Shells and Things for many years. She was also employed by Surface Coating and Realco Inc. before her retirement. She was a member of Mount Olive Ev. Lutheran Church and a past member of Chaminade.
Margaret is survived by a brother and sister-in-law: Eugene and Patricia Helen Tischhauser, Appleton; a nephew: Dennis and Cynthia Tischhauser, Maple Plain, MN, and several cousins.
Services will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, June 6, 2009 at the Brettschneider-Trettin-Lederer Funeral Chapel with Rev. Benjamin Berger officiating. Burial will take place at Highland Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral chapel on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
