Janice, of Appleton, passed away Monday, October 12, 2009, at her home. She was born August 25, 1925, to Frank and Ella Kobs. She married Vernon Jack in 1947 and he preceded her in death in 1998.
Survivors include a daughter: Korrin (Jerry) Moede; a son: Tim (Tammy) Jack; a grand-daughter; a grandson and his wife; a great grand-daughter and a step-grand-daughter; two sisters by marriage, Marcy Kobs and Clara Jones, also nieces, nephews and good friends.
At Jan’s request there will be no viewing or visitation. Funeral services will be held 11 am Thursday, October 15, 2009, at Riverview Ev. Lutheran Church, 136 E. Seymour St., with Rev. Dennis Belter officiating. Entombment will take place at the Star of Hope Mausoleum.
