| | | Carl L. Butcher, 86 of Brunswick passed away on Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at his residence. He was born August 13, 1923 in Widen, West Virginia to Melza T. and Ora M. (nee Paxton) Butcher. He was a United States Army Air Force veteran serving in WWII and was an Inventory Checker for General Motors retiring after 30 years of service. Mr. Butcher is survived by his children; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Pearl and his parents. Friends may call on Sunday, August 23, 2009 from 3:00 to 5:00 P.M. at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road (1/2 mile South of Route 303), Brunswick. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, August 24, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. at the Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Eastlawn Memory Gardens.
