| | | Shirley A. Knipp, 69 of Brunswick passed away on Wednesday, August 26, 2009 at Greenbrier Nursing Home in Parma. She was born January 11, 1940 in Fairmont, West Virginia to Nacy and Mildred (nee Summers) Rowe and was a homemaker. She is survived by her sons Timothy Knipp of Westlake, Douglas (Becky) Knipp of Clinton, and Scott Knipp of Parma; daughter Cheryl (Raymond) Raffay of Brunswick; brother Robert Rowe of Ohio; sisters Virginia Davis of Brookpark and Nancy Adkins of Alliance; grandchildren Gregg, Kevin, Lisa, Kashmir, Eryka, Brianna, Aaron, and Jessica; and great-grandchildren Haley, Alexis, Krystal, and Kendra. She was preceded in death by her husband Carl Knipp; sister Doris; and parents. Friends may join the family for Memorial Visitation on Monday, August 31, 2009 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road (1/2 mile South of Route 303), Brunswick. Memorial Services will follow at 7:00 P.M. with Pastor Don Knipp officiating. In lieu of flowers Memorial Contributions may be made to Vitas Hospice Services 600 E Granger Road, Brooklyn Heights, Ohio 44131.
