| | | John N. Maryo, 85 of Brunswick passed away on Friday, October 2, 2009 at Medina General Hospital. He was born August 5, 1924 in Cleveland to John and Mary (nee Jozsa) Maryo. He was a Tool & Die Operator for H & P Die and Stamping, was a member of St. Martins Parish in Valley City for over 50 years. He enjoyed wood working, fishing, and boating. Mr. Maryo is survived by his children John A. (Ruth) Maryo, Richard (Jeannette) Maryo, David (Cindy) Maryo, and Cathy Barta; grandchildren Michael Maryo, Jerome Maryo, Sheryl Lighthall, Craig Maryo, Robert Maryo, Heather Maryo, Kelly Nurre, Brian Maryo, Jessica Taniguchi, Mandy Barta, Jonathan Barta, and Steven Barta; and 7 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Charlotte (nee Pischulla) Maryo and his parents. Friends may call on Tuesday, October 6, 2009 from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road (1/2 mile South of Route 303), Brunswick. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Martins Parish with Father Dunphy officiating. PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH. Interment will follow in St. Martins Cemetery.
