William “Bill” Z. McClintock, 54 of Brunswick, previously of Clearwater, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at The Cleveland Clinic. He was born September 7, 1955 in Berea to James E. McClintock and Sue Ann Kruzyk (nee Fenstermaker). He worked in Heating & Cooling for Ohio Professional Energy for 6 years, was a Brunswick High School graduate of 1973, a State Wrestler, and a United States Army veteran. He enjoyed camping, motorcycle riding, traveling overseas, and his vintage car. Mr. McClintock is survived by his father James E. McClintock Jr. of Hinckley; brothers and sisters James L. (Elaine) McClintock of Hinckley, Joetta M. McClintock of Big Spring Texas, Karen S. (Kevin) Schemrick of Brunswick, Mildred J. McClintock of Lakewood, Roberta I. (Dr. Chris) Suntala of Rocky River, Judith A. (Lee) Mercer of Valley City, and Daniel J. (Raenell) McClintock of Brunswick; and many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother Sue Ann. A gathering of family and friends in celebration of his life will take place on Saturday, October 31, 2009 from 12:00 to 3:30pm with a memorial service to follow at Diamond Event Center, Pearl Rd. Brunswick Ohio. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Kati's Hope Foundation for Mesothelioma, P.O. Box 24693, Cleveland, Ohio 44124.
