| | | | George M. Adams, age 67, of Barefoot Circle, FL, died June 30, 2007 in Griffin Hospital. Mr. Adams was born in Washington, PA to the late George and Odessa (Wessel) Adams and was an area resident since 1968 before moving to Florida a few years ago. He was employed with William B. Meyers Moving Co. for over 25 years. He was an avid fisherman and hunter, but his favorite pastime was spending time with his grandchildren. Survivors include his beloved wife, Jacqueline (Sweet) Adams of Barefoot Bay, FL; four children, Roy Adams, Sharon Mushower, Cindy Kalos, and Sandy Oliver all of PA; three stepchildren, Thomas McDaniel, Michael McDaniel and Dawn McDaniel, all of CT; one brother, Kenneth Adams of PA; four sisters, Iva Yilit, Clara Ankrom, and Shirley Snow, all of PA and Joyce Pigford of Michigan., several grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to attend his funeral services on Friday at 12:00 p.m. in the Cyril F. Mullins Trumbull Funeral Home 399 White Plains Rd with the Reverend Matthew Braddock officiating. Interment in Mountain Grove of Easton Cemetery. Friends may call on Thursday from 4-8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Assoc. 5 Brookside Drive Wallingford , CT 06492.
