| | | | Irene Anastasi, loving wife of the late Augustine Anastasia, loving and cherished mother of their daughter, Rhonda, passed away on December 20, 2007. Irene was born in New Hampshire and moved to Connecticut during WWII. She lived most of her life in Trumbull in the home she loved from the moment she first saw it. She also loved chocolate, opening windows in the spring to let in the fresh air, hot dogs with nothing on them and dancing to Big Band music. Her beautiful smile and expressions of love will be forever missed. Be at peace, mom, knowing you “done good” and that your love will live forever in my heart. Thanks to family, friends and the many people who loved and helped Irene. Friends are invited to attend her funeral services on Monday at 10:00 a.m. in the Cyril F. Mullins Trumbull funeral Home 399 White Plains Rd. Interment in Long Hill Cemetery. Friends may call on Sunday from 3-7 p.m.
