| | | | Arcangelo Buono, of Trumbull and Ischia, Italy, passed away peacefully at St Vincent's Medical Center on January 16, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Barano d’Ischia in 1927, Arcangelo was the son of Francesco and Chiarastella Buono.
He is survived by his wife Maria, his loving children: Stella (Michael Becker), of Fairfield, Frances (fiance, Paul Rogers) of Trumbull Rosemarie Brady (Tom) of Shelton and Frank (Debbie) of Rochester, NY; his cherished grandchildren: David and Andrew Becker, Paul and Maria Linton, Matthew & Jessica Brady, Michael, Jeffrey and Eric Buono; special "grandson" Jim Linton and beloved great-grandson Christopher Becker. He also leaves two sisters in Italy. He was predeceased by his granddaughter, Kaitlyn Brady and a brother and two sisters in Italy.
His family wishes to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at SVMC MICD for
their excellent care and compassion. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 9:00 a.m. directly at St. Theresa Church 5301 Main Street Trumbull. Interment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Friends may call on Friday from 4-8 p.m. in the Cyril F. Mullins Trumbull Funeral Home 399 White Plains Rd. Trumbull. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Vincent's Medical Center Foundation, 2800 Main Street, Bridgeport CT 06606.
