| | | | Dorothy Stevenson Austin, age 87, of Trumbull, died April 8, 2009 at St. Vincent’s Medical Center. Dorothy was born in PA to the late Geraldine and George Stevenson, raised in Bridgeport and resided in Trumbull for many years. She graduated from Central High School and Booth and Bayliss Business School. She worked for First National Bank & Trust and later General Electric Company where she met her husband. Mrs. Austin was a member of Grace Episcopal Church Trumbull, Fairfield Greenfield Hill AARP and a Red Cross volunteer. Survivors include her beloved husband of 56 years, Robert Austin of Trumbull; her son Douglas S. Austin of New Hampshire; her daughter Linda and her husband Richard Nagy of Fairfield; two grandchildren, Zachary Nagy and Kyle Nagy. Friends are invited to attend her funeral services on Saturday at 11:15a.m. at the Cyril F. Mullins Trumbull Funeral Home 399 White Plains Rd and at 12:00p.m. at Grace Episcopal Church 5958 Main Street Trumbull. Interment will be private. Friends may call on Friday from 4-7 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Grace Episcopal Church or to the charity of one’s choice.
