Obituary for Claire Ann Avacz
Avacz, Claire Ann Kucharski Avacz, age 67, of Monroe, died November 13, 2005 in her home surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Avacz was born in Bridgeport and was a Monroe resident for twenty years. She was a LPN in the operating room for Bridgeport Hospital for over thirty four years. She is survived by her beloved husband, John Avacz of Monroe, devoted daughter, Diana and her husband, David Rowland of Newtown, her sister, Lynne and her husband, Charles Mazas of Stratford, cherished grandson, Gage David Rowland , several nieces and nephews, including Joseph and Charles Mazas, grandniece Stephanie Sferrazza and several cousins. Friends are invited to go directly to church on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Jude’s Church 707 Monroe Turnpike Monroe, CT. Interment in St. John’s Cemetery in Norwalk, CT.
