| | | | Hiltrud (Bruggemann) Oswiecimski, age 85, a homemaker, of Shelton, passed away October 20, 2009 at Bridgeport Hospital. Mrs. Oswiecimski was born in Germany and was a longtime Shelton resident. She was a retired nurse in Germany before traveling to the United States. Mrs. Oswiecimski enjoyed many trips up north to see the foliage with the "Leaf Gang". She also frequented Mohegan Sun with family and friends, having made her most recent trip this past Wednesday. She was a former member of the St. Ambrose Seniors. She was predeceased by her husband, Kazimierz Oswiecimski. Survivors include six children; Barbara (George) Zentkovich of Milford, Mary Ann (Neil) Przybylinski of Bridgeport, Irene Pasmeg (Don Jayne) of Monroe, Susan (William) Hite of AZ, Carol (Renee) Wills of N.H. and Michael (Debra) Oswiecimski of Shelton; thirteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren. Friends and family are invited to attend her funeral service on Saturday at 9:15 a.m. at the Cyril F. Mullins Trumbull Funeral Home 399 White Plains Rd. and at 10:00 a.m. at St. Lawrence Church 505 Shelton Ave. Huntington. Interment in Lakeview Cemetery. Friends may call on Friday from 4-8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the CT Children's Medical Center Foundation 282 Washington St. Hartford, CT 06106.
