| | | Dorothy (Wright) Rich, age 93, of Shelton, passed away April 3, 2012 at Apple Rehab Shelton Lakes. Mrs. Rich was born in Berwick, Nova Scotia, Canada and was a longtime area resident. In her earlier years she was an active member of the Summerfield Methodist Church in Bridgeport. She was predeceased by her husband Peter Rich. Survivors include her son Bruce Rich and his wife Christine of Marlborough, CT; two brothers William Wright of FL and Harold Wright of SC and many nieces and nephews. Friends and family are invited to attend a short graveside service on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at Lakeview Cemetery Boston Ave. Bridgeport. Memorial contributions may be made to the Thomas Merton House 43 Madison Ave. Bridgeport, CT 06604. Arrangements in care of the Cyril F. Mullins Funeral Home 1640 Boston Ave. Bridgeport.
