| | | James Richard Mazurek, Jr., 39, of Huntington, WV, passed away Wednesday October 3, 2007. He was born September 21, 1968 in Buffalo NY, a son of Carol A. Pfohl Mazurek of Huntington, WV, and the late James Richard Mazurek, Sr. He was a heavy equipment operator, having worked formerly at Dulles Airport in Washington, DC. Additional survivors include his son, Jessie Mazurek of Buffalo, NY; a sister, Jessica Mazurek of Huntington; a brother, Charles Pfohl Mazurek of St. Petersburg, FL; his maternal grandfather, Richard Pfohl of Clearwater, FL; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Funeral services will be conducted 8:00 PM Monday at Chapman’s Mortuary, Huntington, WV, with Gary L. Patton, PhD., officiating. Inurnment will be at a later date in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Buffalo, NY. Friends may call 2:00-8:00 PM Monday at Chapman’s Mortuary.
