I had am Rusty in my Building Construction class at the Cabell Career Center. I am so sorry for your loss, and will ask in my prayers that your time of sorrow will be comforted somehow.
Rusty was a pleasure to have as a student and will always stand out in my memories of students.
He will be missed by many.

I am so sorry to hear about Rusty. I am Rusty's old Electrical Instructor @ the Cabell County Career Technology Center. I enjoyed Rusty in class and I was always glad when he would come by and visit with me. He was always in a good mood and fun to be around. He had a good head on his shoulders and was a very good Chess Player. He was taken way to soon and will be really missed. If I can do anything for your family please ask.

I am really sorry for your loss my son T.J. and Rusty were pretty good friends.Rusty had been to my house several times and was always very nice and cheerful I am pretty sure he touched alot of people in alot of ways. My stepdad is the one doing the funeral service. I lived across the street from Bill an Phylis in 1982-1985. I am so sorry for your tragedy. I will pray that your family can remain strong through this and continue to heal as a family and be there for one another for as long as the healing takes. I doubt that there is any other tradegy as painful as loosing a child before there time. May God be with you!
