| | | John Robert Beams, age 73, passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2009 at Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born March 8, 1936 to Josh T. Beams & Emla(Williams)Beams at St. Louis, Oklahoma. John was raised in Tulsa and graduated for Central High School in 1954. After graduation, John served in the U.S. NAVY. He married Eldee James December 23, 1957 in Tahlequah, OK. John was an Engineer in Aircraft Simulation. He worked for IBM and Burtek Simulation. John was an avid golfer, enjoyed garage sales, & had his own EBay store. Those left to honor his memory are his wife Eldee of the home, son Randy Beams & his wife Melissa of Broken Arrow, OK, daughter Mitzi Hopper & her husband Greg of Pagosa Springs, Co, 3-granddaughters Kristin Hopper, Jennifer Hopper, & Bailey Beams, brothers Paul Foust of Branson, MO, & Leroy Foust of Tulsa, OK, & sister Lois Givens of Tulsa, OK.
