| | | Betty Josephine Stacey passed away August 10, 2009 at Broken Arrow, OK at the age of 76. She was born December 30, 1932 at Ulysses, Kansas to Oren & Margaret Humphreys. Betty was raised on a farm near Ulysses, Kansas. She married Donald Norman Stacey on January 25, 1955 in Ulysses. They moved to the Broken Arrow area in 1968 where she raised her family. Betty was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church for over 45 years. She enjoyed Genealogy and spent vacation time traveling to find family tree information. Betty was a devoted homemaker. Those left to honor her memory are her husband Donald, her nine children, Julie Dial & husband Cortney of Austin, Texas, David Stacey, Donald Stacey, Thomas Stacey, & Sarah Stacey all of Broken Arrow, OK, John Stacey & wife Becky, & Robert Stacey all of Coweta, OK, Mary Stacey of Norman, OK, & Jennifer Stacey of Raytown, Missouri; 14 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 9 brothers; 2 sisters. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, & 3 brothers. The family has entrusted all arrangements to Christian~Gavlik Funeral Home, Broken Arrow, OK (918) 251-6464
