| | | Virginia Florence Turner passed away Monday, August 24, 2009 at the age of 74. Born May 15, 1935 in Beggs, OK to Ethel Hollenbek, Virginia was raised in Owasso & attended school in Claremore where she graduated. She lived most of her adult life in & around Tulsa, the past 15 years in Broken Arrow. Virginia was a member of the Red Hat Society and a very strong Christian. She also enjoyed doing arts & crafts. Virginia was preceded in death by a daughter, Tammie Lynn Holloway April 16, 2004. Those left to honor her memory are her 7-children, Arthur Wilcox, Jr. of Broken Arrow,OK, Robert Cornelison of Catoosa, OK, Larry Cornelison of Tulsa, OK, Jenny Gentry of Broken Arrow,OK, Thomas Turner of Broken Arrow, OK, William Moew of Tulsa, OK, & Michelle Nickels of Elida, New Mexico; 16-grandchildren; 12-great-grandchildren; Mother, Ethel Nimmo of Owasso, OK; brother, John Nimmo of Skiatook, OK; sisters, Mrs. Irma Rowden of Sperry, OK, Mrs. Glenna Reese of Owasso, OK, & Charlene Lawson of Miami, Florida.
