| CUYAHOGA FALLS - Beatrice Jane Baker, 80, passed away January 16, 2005.
Mrs. Baker was born in Akron, Ohio and had resided in Cuyahoga Falls the past 31 years moving there after living in Los Angeles and Chicago. She was a polio survivor at age 9 and worked as a secretary at Annadale Scrap Company. Preceded in death by husband, Kenneth Baker, she is survived by her daughter Linda (Stephen) Boyd of Chicago; sister, Margaret McCormick of Columbus and many nieces and nephews. There will be no calling hours. A Memorial Service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in the Clifford Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls, Bishop McPhearson officiating. Inurnment Greenlawn Memorial Park. The family suggests memorials be made to the Humane Society of Greater Akron, 4904 Quick Rd., Peninsula, OH 44264 in her memory. | ||
