| Rodney James “RJ” Chamberlain, age 38, of Johnstown, passed away on Sunday, December 7, 2008, at his home, after being stricken.
He was born in Gloversville on October 3, 1970. Rodney was a graduate of Johnstown High School. He was a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include his father Rodney W. Chamberlain of Johnstown; two sister’s Tamie Martin and Terrie Chamberlain both of Johnstown; nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his mother Marie M. Chamberlain. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. from the A.G. Cole Funeral Home Inc. 215 East Main Street, Johnstown. The Rev. Don English will preside. Friends and family may call on Wednesday prior to the service from 2 to 4 and 6 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Cremation will be at Vale Crematory, Schenectady. Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be made in his memory to the National Alliance of Mental Illness.
