Jeffrey Donald Carpenter, age 33, of Fultonville, passed away on Monday January 5, 2009 at Albany Medical Center, after being stricken. He was born February 1, 1975. Jeffrey was a graduate of Fonda Fultonville Central School in 1993. He loved all sports hunting, fishing, golfing, snowmobiling, and R.C. Cars. Survivors include his wife Tanya Carpenter whom he married November 14, 2008; his mother Sharon Warner Carpenter of Fort Hunter; two brothers Gary A. Carpenter and JayDee Carpenter both of Fort Hunter; step brothers Milton Butch Carpenter of Amsterdam, Harry A. Carpenter Jr. of Fort Hunter, Joseph Carpenter of Glen, and Andy Carpenter of Fort Hunter; step sisters Rose Ann Burch of Amsterdam, Geraldine Jerri Guberski of North Carolina, Nancy Wells of Texas, Theresa DeCarlo of Fort Johnson; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his Father Harry A. Carpenter Sr., his paternal grandmother Stella Carpenter, his maternal grandmother Florence Warner and maternal grandfather Donald l. Warner Sr. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. from the A. G. Cole Funeral Home Inc. 215 East Main Street, Johnstown. Friends and family may call on Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Fonda. Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to the Children’s Hospital at Albany Medical Center.
