Norman ‘Denny” Brundige Sr., age 68, of Gloversville, passed away on Saturday April 4, 2009 at Mountain Valley Hospice House, Gloversville, after brief Illness. He was born June 15, 1940 in Gloversville a son of the late Eugene Bud Brundige and Ruth Ortell Brundige. Mr. Brundige was employed with the General Electric Company until his retirement in 1995. Survivors include his wife Sidonia Smida Brundige whom he married in 1965; one son Norman “Denny” Brundige Jr. and his fiancée Susan Carpenter; two brothers Fred Brundige and Terry Brundige; two sisters Eleanor Dwyer and Beverly Paul; many nieces, nephews and cousins. There will be no services or calling hours. Cremation was at Vale Crematory, Schenectady. Arrangements have been entrusted to the A.G. Cole Funeral Home, Inc. 215 East Main Street, Johnstown. Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be made in his memory to Mountain Valley Hospice 108 Steele Ave., Gloversville, NY 12078.
