Linda Lee Tucker, 58, Northwood, died Monday, September 21, 2009, at the Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa in Mason City. At this time no service will take place. As per her request, cremation has taken place. Conner Colonial Chapel, 1008 First Ave. South is in charge of the arrangements. Linda Lee Tucker was born on September 24, 1950 in San Francisco, CA, the daughter of Milton and Wanda (King) Tucker. She graduated from high school in the bay area in California and attended junior college. Linda worked as a technician for 30 years for Pac Bell Telephone Company in the Bay area until her retirement, moving to Northwood in 2003. Linda loved horses, gardening, the outdoors, and was an avid photographer. Those left to cherish her memory are her mother; Wanda King of Northwood, her brother; Daniel (Joanne) Tucker of Northwood, special friends; Geno Buttafucco of San Francisco, CA, and Gene LaChapelle of St. Ansgar, as well as extended family members and friends.
