| | | Louise S. Reynolds, 93, of Trafalgar, died at 12:35 pm Thursday, June 12, 2008, at Franklin Meadows in Franklin.
Mrs. Reynolds was a homemaker. She had attended Bethel School in Ripley County, and was a 50 year member of First Mount Pleasant Baptist Church in Franklin. She enjoyed flower and vegetable gardening, crocheting and reading.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 17, at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home in North Vernon with the Rev. Marvin Wright officiating. Calling is from noon until time of the service. Burial will be at Butlerville Cemetery.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to the Butlerville Cemetery Association.
Born February 13, 1915, in Ripley County, Mrs. Reynolds was the daughter of Frederick and Verna Jeffries Behrens. She married Adrian J. Reynolds, Sr. on June 8, 1946, in Marion County.
Surviving are a son, Adrian J. Reynolds, Jr., of Trafalgar; a daughter, Shirley Johnson of Louisville, Kentucky; two grandchildren, Stephanie Johnson of Louisville and Mark Johnson of New Albany; and four great-grandchildren, Caitlyn Johnson and Christian McDonald of Louisville and Cayden and Camden Johnson of New Albany.
She was preceded in death by her husband, on February 21, 2002; a brother, Robert Behrens; and three sisters, Doris Koelmel, Ethelyn Behrens and Eva Kibler.
