| | | Dwayne Box, 41, of Hanover, Indiana, formerly of Jennings County passed away on Saturday, January 3, 2009 at Residence.
Mr. Box worked for Injection Mold as a machinist and was also an electrician. He was a 1986 Graduate of Jennings County High School in North Vernon, Indiana. He was a Veteran of Desert Storm having served his country in the United States Marie Corp from 1987 to 1991. He was a member of the 1st Church of the Nazarene in North Vernon and attended The Church of the Nazarene in Madison. He enjoyed helping others, spending time with his son and nephews and NASCAR.
Born July 7, 1967 in Madison, Indiana he was the son of Dennis “Dennie” and Beverly Jackson Box.
The funeral will be conducted at 11:00 am Friday, January 9, 2009 at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home with the Rev. Jerry Sheets officiating. Family and Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, January 8, 2009 from 4:00 – 8:00 pm. Burial will be in the Sharon Hill Cemetery in Jefferson County, Indiana with Veterans of Foreign Wars performing graveside rites.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to the Draden Box Scholarship Fund.

Survivors include his parents, Dennie and Beverly Box of Scipio, Indiana, his son, Draden Box of Scipio, Indiana; grandmother, Jean Sheckell of New Albany, Indiana; brother, Greg (Stacy) Box of Scipio, Indiana and a sister, Jeanine (Bill) Garcia of Lexington, Indiana.
