AGNES A. ANDERSON


Mrs. Agnes Anderson, of Lake Drive in Random Lake, recently of Plymouth Care Center in Plymouth, passed away Saturday, June 25, 2005 at St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan. She was 94 years old. Agnes was born in Random Lake on November 6, 1910, daughter of Andrew and Kathryn Mueller Becker. She graduated from Random Lake High School , Class of 1930. On June 6, 1942 she was united in marriage with Arthur J. Anderson at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Random Lake. Her husband preceded her in death in 1991. Mrs. Anderson worked in the Packaging and Labeling Department at Badger Tag and Label, retiring after 40 years. She was a member of Our Lady of the Lakes Parish, St. Mary Chapel in Random Lake and held the job of wrapping clothespins for the festival every year, a job she took very seriously and handled for more than 50 years. She was a member of Senior Citizens of Random Lake and enjoyed fishing, flower gardening and spending time with her grand- nieces and nephews. Agnes is survived by many nieces and nephews, grand – and great- nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, Arthur, 3 brothers: John, Edward and Nick Becker and 3 sisters: Ann Franzen, Rose Becker and Clara Jacoby. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, June 29th, 7PM, at Our Lady of the Lakes Parish, St. Mary’s Chapel, 230 Butler St., Random Lake. Fr. Richard Cerpich will officiate. Mrs. Anderson will be laid to rest next to her husband in the parish cemetery. The family will receive visitors at the church on Wednesday from 5-7PM. As a Memorial Fund in her fund is being established in the near future, memorials are suggested. Eernisse Funeral Home in Belgium is assisting the family.
