Tim, Raeanne, Vaughn, and Family,
We were devastated to hear about Penny. We remember the fun we had we were were younger and ran around together with other friends. We especially remember the hayrides. I (Bette) remember all the fun Penny and I had at the salon. She will be part of our memories forever. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your families at this time. Penny was a very special person.
