Since 1956 it has been a privilege and honor for us to provide families with the very highest level of professional and caring service available. We offer a wide range of services to meet the personal choices of the families we serve. It is our goal to make every family as comfortable as possible during this difficult time. Accordingly, we want you to be advised of the following funeral home policies:

Terms of payment are: The balance of your funeral costs, as set forth in the Statement of Funeral Goods and Services Selected, must be fully paid by 5:00 pm on the day prior to the funeral or memorial service.

Acceptable forms of payment are: cash, personal check, bank/cahsier's check, money order, major credit or debit card.

Refreshments: For your comfort and convenience during visitations, we provide coffee and hot water for tea. You may bring in light foods, such as cookies, pastries and finger sandwiches for your family and friends. Please do not bring in hot foods and/or foods that require serving. You may also bring in a cooler for bottled water, juice or soft drinks. (Beverages containing alcohol in any amount are not allowed on funeral home premises...inside or outside). Also, food and beverages are only permitted in the designated lounge areas (never in the Chapels and hallways).

Memory Boards and Videos: We provide two (2) memory boards, frames and easels on which photographs may be displayed during visitation, at no cost. The memory boards may be kept by the family; however, frames and easels cannot leave the funeral home building. We have DVD players available for use during the visitation, at no cost, for DVDs provided by the family. We can provide professionally-made Memorial Tribute DVDs at an additional cost. Memorial Stationary: With all caskets purchased or rented at E.J. Mandziuk & Son Funeral Directors, Inc., we include, at no cost, the following: Memorial Registry Book for visitors to sign, up to 100 prayer cards or memorial folders, and up to 100 acknowledgment ('thank you') cards with envelopes and an appropriate religious symbol (cross or crucifix) for display in or about the casket, and for the family to keep. These items are available at an additional cost when casket is not purchased or rented from our facilities.
