| | | ROBERTA (ROBBIE) CAUSEY SILVER, age 79, of Talbott, TN departed this life peacefully in her home on Saturday, October 24, 2009. She was a dedicated Christian and faithful member of Lebanon Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Silver; grandson, John; parents; and sister, Helen. She is survived by daughter, Sandie Shaver of Knoxville; sons, John and wife, Sandy of Georgia, Jim and wife, Tracy of Jefferson City; grandchildren, P. J. and Lori, Joel, Susan and Jama; six great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; brothers, Dave Causey and wife, Beverly of Georgia, Harold Causey of North Carolina; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at Lebanon Baptist Church with Rev. R. J. Seal officiating. Family will greet guests immediately following the service. Interment will be in Flat Gap Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lebanon Baptist Church (Missions), 7925 Greenbriar Road, Talbott, TN 37877.
