Donald A. Horman, age 74, of Winona, died Tuesday, November 3, 2009 at Sauer Memorial Home, Winona.
Donald Alden was born November 17, 1934 in LaCrescent, MN to Louis and Pearl (Williams) Horman. He was a life-long area resident and was formerly employed with Dunn Black Top/Mathy Construction and Phillips Bus Service. He also farmed and had an apple orchard. He was formerly married to JoAnn Johnson.
He is survived by a son Brian Horman of Kansas City, MO; a daughter Kristin Horman, Duluth, MN; two brothers: Melvin (Carol) Horman, Winona and Larry (Tina) Horman, Goodview, MN; two sisters: Delores (Wesly) Evenson and Lois Horman all of Winona; a brother-in-law Butch Abrams, Winona; many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Marilyn Abrams.
Services to remember Donald will be 1:00 PM Friday, November 6, 2009 at Fawcett-Junker Funeral Home, Winona with Pastor James M. Strom, officiating. Interment will be at Witoka Cemetery, Witoka, MN.
Visitation will begin at Noon on Friday at the funeral home.
