Denise G. Lemmons Villapol, 40, of 211 Oakmont Street, died Monday, October 26, 2009, at her home. Born May 4, 1969, in Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of Virginia Seagle Lemmons of Cowpens and the late Walter Lemmons. She was a graduate of Broome High School, a manager at the Charles Lea Center for eighteen years, and a member of Green River Baptist Church. She loved children, her family, and anyone she could help, and enjoyed spending time outdoors, particularly horseback riding.

Surviving in addition to her mother is her husband, Claude Villapol; a daughter, Rebecca Gail Villapol, and a son, Justin Tyler Villapol, both of the home; a sister, Roxanne Hunter of Spartanburg; two brothers, Ronnie Lemmons of Cowpens, and Billy Lemmons of Gaffney; two nieces, Shay Crocker and Kallie Lemmons; and two nephews, Roy Lemmons and Chase Hunter.

Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 28, 2009, at her mother’s home, 171 Seagle Road, Cowpens. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 29, 2009, at Sunset Memorial Park conducted by the Rev. Trent Watson.
