Spencer grew up and attended schools in Rock Springs, graduating from Rock Springs High School with the class of 1967. He attended BYU and California College of Mortuary Science. He has been involved in funeral service for over 30 years working in California and Utah. He started Fox Funeral Home in Rock Springs in 1996. He has four sons, Brady and wife Deborah, Casey and wife Millie, Tyler and wife Lisa, and Gentry. |
